At Gamethreads, we take pride in delivering unique, high-quality apparel made with passion and precision. As a smaller brand, every order means a lot to us—so we’ve created a fair and straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure a great experience for both sides.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or product within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping; we cover the cost of sending the new item out.
To start an exchange, email us at support@weargamethreads.com with your order number and request.
Refunds
Refunds are available only for:

Damaged or defective items

Wrong item received
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method once the issue is verified.
We do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or sizing issues (we’re happy to do an exchange!)

Delays caused by shipping carriers
How to Return or Exchange
Email support@weargamethreads.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We'll send instructions and the return address.
Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving instructions.
